“The Sexiest Makeup Look Of All Time” ~ The Red Lip

There is nothing more beautiful and timeless than a red mouth. Allure.com seems to think so and so do I. Whether you are off to a holiday party or simply running to the store a red mouth will give you a “vibrant polished look.” A red mouth can be applied with gloss and shine however my preference is a matte shade with a touch of balm. Either matte or dewy skin works well with shades of red depending on your mood.

Look 4: The Red Lip

1. Be sure to exfoliate lips with Jane Iredale Sugar & Butter Lip Exfoliator

2. Then apply Face Boutique’s Moi Moi Lip Treatment to keep your lips evenly hydrated.

3. Blot lips with a tissue to remove any excess moisture.

4. Using an Aveda Environmental Retractable Lip Brush, brush on Couleur Caramel Matte Lipstick in Garnet Red starting in the middle and brushing outward to the corners of the mouth.

5. Fake a smile while applying color to lips. Blot, then reapply.

6. Apply a dry concealer around the lip line to clean up the edges and firm the line. Dust over with powder and apply a dab of Ren Biometric Lip Balm to the center of lips.
