I have always been a fan of the Arcona Tri-ad pads, however I find lately I am loving the Tabula-Rasa Pads since they are my current all natural weapon against breakouts. Since some sunscreens have a tendency to make my skin break out, I carry these pads with me to wipe my face after a long day of working in the sun. After one swipe my face feels clean and smooth. The best part is that they do not leave your skin feeling dry or overwhelmed with chemicals that are often found in acne fighting skin care. A must in anyones makeup or travel bag and great for men after a shave to fight ingrowns. If you have teenagers in the house they are fabulous for their troubled skin as well. I can’t tell you enough about how much I love Burt’s Bees Radiance Body Lotion. Formulated with Royal Jelly, one of nature’s most nourishing substances, packed with 134 nutrients, including 17 amino acids, and vitamins A, C, D and K, as well as multiple B-vitamins. Sunflower oil moisturizes and mica, a light reflecting mineral, enhances the skin’s natural glow.

I especially love this product as it gives the perfect amount of shimmer to the skin. Most conventional “shine lotions” deposit chunks of glitter that I find cheap looking and not beneficial to the skin. Living by the ocean I am constantly being challenged by the application of sunscreen. So much so that at times, I even refuse to wear it. One of the perks of my job is the travel. Although it can be bitter sweet as I am away from home I do get the opportunity to sift out new brands. One of the reasons I love Wholefoods is because they carry a handful of local products, so every Wholefoods you go into has a little something different.

While shooting outside of Sonoma, California for Ralph Lauren I found a line I am in love with called Good Medicine Skin Care by Green Valley Lab. I only purchased the Honey Dew Firming Serum, which has done wonders for my skin. It seems that the Green Valley brand has a spa located in Southern Utah which I am hoping to try one day – Green Valley Spa.

There are loads of products that this line produces and they all seem absolutely delicious for the skin!
